1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Blinkzy ("Blinkzy", "the app", "we", "us", or "our"), the provider of the Blinkzy applications for macOS, Windows and Android, and this website, blinkzyapp.com. They govern your purchase and use of Blinkzy. By downloading, purchasing, or using Blinkzy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your License

Blinkzy is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. When you buy Blinkzy you receive a single license key that unlocks the app on macOS, Windows and Android — one purchase covers all three platforms. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Blinkzy on devices you own or control for your own personal use.

You may not: resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the app or your license key; share your license key publicly or with others; or attempt to circumvent, disable, or tamper with the app's licensing or trial mechanism.

3. Free Trial

Blinkzy includes a 3-day free trial with every feature unlocked from first launch, on every platform. No account, card, or signup is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, a one-time purchase is required to continue using the app.

4. Payment & Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), our merchant of record. Paddle handles the transaction, payment method, taxes, and billing, and is the seller of record for your order. Your payment details are handled entirely by Paddle and are never received by us or the app. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

After a successful purchase, your license key is delivered to you by email. You enter it in the app to activate your license.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, and the free trial lets you evaluate the app before you buy.

6. License Activation Data

To operate the free trial and activate a purchase, the app sends an anonymous device identifier and (on activation) your license key to our license server. We collect no personal information. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Blinkzy, including its software, name, logo, blink styles, and all related content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you — only the limited license described above.

8. Health Disclaimer

Blinkzy is a wellness and productivity aid, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its blink reminders and 20-20-20 prompts are intended to encourage healthy screen habits. If you have an eye condition or experience persistent eye discomfort, consult a qualified eye-care professional. Do not rely on Blinkzy as a substitute for professional medical care.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Blinkzy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Blinkzy. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Blinkzy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Blinkzy is established. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence. Your purchase is also subject to the terms of Paddle, our merchant of record.
